a rough road...

we went to the shelter yesterday. East Valley. We heard they were so overcrowded.
It was the one of the hardest shelter experiences i have had. 4 fights and one in a cage with a dog i was smitten with. the poor old guy was just laying there and this other dog had probably been terrorizing him for 2 days, they put this other skinny one in there and I could see the mean dog not letting these other two dogs move. i knew a fight was about to break out and as i was getting someone it did. it was horrible. the girl was amazing though, she took such control. she got the mean dog out the other to ISO and this other awesome guy cleaned out the old guys cage and put a big comfy blanket in there along with a new friend. this time and old timer like himself. we are making new pages for the website for all the different shelters, instead of just one page with shelter dogs. But my absolute missions this week is to get this guy out. i am obsessed with him. He deserves a good home
